With 25+ years of experience working in health care, I’ve learned a thing or two about maintaining and encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle.  

 

I’m here to provide you with the tools you need to boost your confidence and successfully navigate your health and wellness challenges.  As a Health and Wellness Coach my goal is to help you identify potential problem areas and support your unique wellness goals. Together, we’ll push boundaries in order to come up with a personalized plan designed just for you.

If it's not where you would like it to be, together we will use integrative methods to not only manage your current conditions but to improve your overall health to promote positive outcomes and improve your quality of life along with your mind, body, and spirit.

Inner healing comes not only by disconnecting with the norms of society but by reconnecting with self.
That means being aware of how you feel.
Regaining your health begins with understanding that there are no quick fixes or band-aids.
